The truth is, yoga is MADE FOR YOU. In my years of practice, I've found that the most important tenet of this practice is your connection to yourself. I strongly believe that as long as you bring your self and are intentionally making efforts to connect with your own unique internal system, yoga will always be for you.

As a trained yoga instructor and trauma psychotherapist, my goal is to help you discover you; to help you connect with all parts of yourself so as you can flow through the world as a whole, integrated being. Although the physical practice of yoga is what the outside world sees, this practice is so much more than that. This practice is about allowing yourself to notice, learn, let in what you can, and let yourself be transformed - knowing that this healing process is and looks different for each person.
